berries, showing ripe fruit with cool tannins. A
warming wine but with a slightly short finish. This
was popular, with a few years of life left in it.

coffee, chocolate and a sight savoury/meaty
character. It had a smooth, cool approach which
turns forceful, showing acidity, dark fruit and fine
tannins which build into a long finish.

graphite and mushroom. Gentle approach with quite
zesty acidity that takes hold towards the warm
finish, tannins building up between sips. Some
vegetal greenness at the edges.
